My NJOI app is for NJOI customers to top up, purchase channels/packs/movies, discover new promotions and the latest shows. Customers can also track the expiration date of their account credits and purchases. The app can be downloaded from the Google Play Store, Apple App Store and Huawei App Galley for free.

Customers will receive 15+ free channels. To enjoy your favorite channels you can purchase your favorite packs via the MyNJOI app.

NJOI Prepaid provides the option to access prepaid pack / ala carte channel depending on your viewing and budgetary needs. Starting 3rd August 2022, all NJOI customers will need to purchase the HD Pack/Bundles (Sports Mega Pack Baharu, Kids Pack Baharu, Pek Popcorn, Pek Kombolicious Baharu) before adding on prepaid packs or ala carte channel.

i. Fill in the details and submit your order

ii. After submitting your order online, you will be contacted within 48 hours

Step 2: Select the entertainment you want to buy and press BUY

Step 3: Select the period (if any) and method of payment

Step 2: Select "Pack Purchase"

Step 3: Choose your preferred pack, follow the instruction and choose your preferred payment method to complete the transaction

Authorized dealers

Go to an authorized dealer and request to buy any pack you desire

Your purchased channel or pack should b viewable within 5 minutes of receiving confirmation.

Your NJOI Prepaid services will commence immediately after installation is complete.
