As a current NJOI customer, must I get the HD Pack?

It is your choice to purchase the HD pack. However, for better value, consider getting the Family, Popcorn, Sports Mega, Kids & Kbowledge, or Maharaja pack, as the HD pack is included in these.

How do I check my bill for NJOI prepaid purchase?

NJOI customers will not receive bills. However, customers will be able to track all their purchases using the my NJOI app.

I am an existing NJOI customer with a prepaid balance of RM50. Due to technical issues with my NJOI box, I bought a new box and it was activated under a new NJOI account. Since I have a prepaid balance of RM50, will it be credited to my new account?

5. Besides my Astro Box, what other items do I need to return to Astro after service termination?
